Kakha Bendukidze (1956 - 2014)
Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Free University of Tbilisi
Georgian businessman, founder of Knowledge Fund; former Minister of Economy, Minister for Reforms Coordination and the Head of the State Chancellery of Government of Georgia. He graduated from the Department of Biology of Tbilisi State University in 1977 and from the Postgraduate school of the Moscow State University in 1980. In 1990 he became a businessman and in 1996-2004 he was Chairman and CEO of Objedinennie Mashinostroitelnie Zavody (OMZ).
President of Liberty Bank
Founder of Liberty Investments, former Executive Chairman and CEO at Bank of Georgia. He also served as the member of the Supervisory Board of the Georgian Stock Exchange. Under his management Bank of Georgia became the first Georgian bank to receive Euromoney Award for excellence. Gurgenidze has received MBA degree from Goizueta Business School of Emory University following his undergraduate studies at Middlebury College and Tbilisi State University. In November 2007 Gurgenidze was appointed as the Prime Minister of Georgia and served a one-year term until October 2008.

He teaches courses in Taxation of Individual Income, Tax Policy, Taxation of Business Enterprises, and Mergers and Acquisitions at Washburn University in Kansas. Professor Foster is a member of the Bar of the State of Arkansas and the Federal District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Arkansas. Mr. Foster was attorney at Friday, Eldredge & Clark, LLP, in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

In 2002-2012 she has been a Judge of the Supreme Court of Georgia, Chamber of Civil, Entrepreneurial and Bankruptcy Law Cases. She has graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. She, as an expert, participated in various activities organized by the International Legal Cooperation Society, Georgian Young Lawyers' Association - Legal Aid and Information Center, the Center for Judicial Studies, UNDP and Foundation for German Technical Cooperation.
